This month, Shannon Dunn joined the 4th Court as a staff attorney in Justice Beth Watkins’s chambers. Before joining the court, Shannon worked at the Law Office of Shannon Dunn and, before that, at Watkins Appeals. Shannon obtained her J.D. from the St. Mary’s University School of Law and her L.L.M. in Global Energy Policy, International Dispute Resolution, and Environmental Law from the University of Texas. Shannon is also Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law.
