The 2018 SAYLA Courthouse Tour stopped by the 4th Court. The first presentation at the 4th Court was by Staff Attorney Jamie Mathis on the Bexar County probate courts. A panel of five 4th Court justices then presented about the 4th Court and the cases they receive from the 32 counties in the 4th Court of Appeals District. The final presentation was from Donna Kay McKinney on the inner workings of the Bexar County District Clerk’s Office.
