Oral Argument at the 4th Court – 5/17 Advisory

The 4th Court will hear oral argument in one appeal on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, beginning at 2:00 p.m., before the following panel of justices: Chief Justice Sandee Bryan Marion, Justice Karen Angelini, and Justice Patricia O. Alvarez. The case is El Caballero Ranch, Inc. and Laredo Marine, L.L.C. v. Grace River Ranch, L.L.C.
