COVID-19 Updates – The court’s virtual doors are open!

Chief Justice Marion has issued the following notice:

DATED: March 18, 2020 FOURTH COURT OF APPEALS UPDATE

During this time of uncertainly with the COVID 19, please be advised that as of yesterday, the Fourth Court is operating on a virtual basis until further notice.  The Court is fully operational with all personnel working remotely.  If you have any questions, please visit the court’s website at https://www.txcourts.gov/4thcoa/ for instructions on how to contact the Clerk of Court and Chief Deputy Clerk.

As noted on the Fourth Court website:

The Fourth Court is currently operating on a virtual basis while the COVID-19 situation is being monitored. Other than working remotely, the Fourth Court of Appeals remains fully operational.

E-FILERS: The Fourth Court of Appeals is accepting e-filings via www.efiletexas.gov and Electronic Records are being accepted via the Records Submission Portal.
