This past week, the 4th Court said farewell to Hayley Ellison, a staff attorney who served in the chambers of Chief Justice Marion for the several years. Hayley will be joining the firm of Davis & Santos this month. The 4th Court also said farewell to Jessica Manka, Justice Martinez’s briefing attorney from 2019–2020. Jessica will be joining the firm of KreagerMitchell.
